9M-IGB Crash

KUALA LUMPUR: IGB Corp Bhd's founder Datuk Seri Robert Tan Chung Meng was not among the six victims killed in the helicopter crash in Semenyih.
This was confirmed by former MCA vice-president Datuk Donald Lim Siang Chai, who is also Tan's friend.
"I strongly confirm that it is not him (Robert Tan). I spoke to him in a telephone conversation on Saturday. Currently, he is in Australia," he said when contacted by Bernama, Sunday.
Tan was earlier reported to be involved in the helicopter crash following a confusion stemming from his shared name (Robert Tan) with Kedah businessman Datuk Robert Tan Huat Seang who was SP Baiduri Sdn Bhd CEO.
