About such things, you have to go through a transformation. You are asking for information. Information can be given about objests; the whole of science is information and the whole of religion is transformation. The moment religion becomes information it is dead.
You are asking me to give some taste of enlightmen to you. Can you see a simple fact? that the taste cannot be tranfered; either you have them or you don't have them....

Happy Chinese New Year 2012
Happy Chinese New Year to all Malaysia and the Chinese around the world.
It is the year of a dragon. The dragon which was the most fearrest being ever believed to rule the world in lost time.
I never know much about the chinese animal calendar but it was a familiar animals were around the calendar.
I have few chinese frinends and never had any difficulty being around them. They have their way of doing things and I have my way. That was the beauty of this world of having many different way of people and languages, culture, religion, cunning, the good, te bad and the ugly.
Infact, I always believe they are the same as many of us who have our own way of doing things.
Wokey dokey... My last wish but not the least, this year GE is sure to be. The chinese holds the number if they can be united. Hope with the unity, we can sink the ship which be captain by the blues for more than 50 years.

Shiva Rudrabalayogi New Year Message 2012
When you close the eyes to meditate, you should be able to keep quiet, means mentally you should be able to keep quiet. The more you are quiet in your consciousness that is mind, the closer you are to your real SELF.
Your every effort in meditation must be to achieve this silence of the mind. Then only consciousness or mind becomes aware of its own existence and you discover that the origin of mind is none other than your real SELF. Because of its preoccupation with imaginations, it has imagined about your self as something else based on the physical body which was not at all you.
