Let It Pass

When the mind is set to do what it wants, do not pause. Instead just observe and permit it to down load. It is just another similar mode of letting it pass through its way.

By putting pressure or pausing it, we cant make it stop instead we are making another junction. The more pause will create more junction. More junction created,  will only  make more confusion.

But when we let it through, when it we let pass, we are actually making a pass through bridge that may answer many questions which was put to hold in many junction in our life.

Human brain which creates the mind  is actually a play back version of recorded input.

Our brain is a tool which takes input unconditionally through bridges to the brain which we call senses. 

A new born childs brain is similiar to an empty cd and those memories were the recorded songs. In another word we call it experience. The more input the more experience one can be.

Those bridges as I mention were the eyes, ears, nose, the tongue and the touch. If one manage to shut down these bridges, the input to the brain will be stopped.

This is actually let the brain be active by playing back those input which have been stored and we call it memories. These memories will be played back until to a moment it stop.

Meditation is a process which will condition one to be thought less. Meditation is a conditioning method to condition us to shut the input by clossing the bridge we call senses. 

Only than we can be thought less and reach the point of sachithanantha @ nirvana.

The Power Of Subconscious mind.

Here we go again. It has been said many times, it has been written in many books and it also has been conducted as part of a training session in many organizations. I did followed a training session specially mention on how to recognize and control or shall I say be the master of your self by being control of your subconscious mind.
By than, I never understood a word what this topic is all about. But today, I am writing this topic of subconscious mind power in my own way of understanding. I am sure many will go through what I have gone through but believe me; by talking about it shall be the first step to understand it.

Medical science tells us that our mind is divided into two parts, the conscious and the subconscious. Your conscious mind, strangely enough, form only ten percents of your mind. It is that mind which you use everyday and which regulate all your day to day actions like thinking, speaking, walking etc. It is totally non creative and takes its life from subconscious.

Your subconscious mind on the other hand, comprises the remaining ninety percent of your mind. It is that wonderful part of your other which controls your heart, your lungs and all that other fantastically intricate chemistry which is your brain and your body.

It is your subconscious mind that controls the power within you to become the master. Yet sadly, man never uses more than a very small percentage of his subconscious mind. Yet this is perhaps one of the most powerful gift given to man.

The subconscious acts on your commands, it keeps faithful records of all that you have said, felt and done. The limits of its power are literally beyond comprehension. It never sleeps and helps you to accomplish what seemingly impossible. You must have a constant awareness of the power of the subconciousness. The best way to keep this awareness is to dictate to the subconscious, tell it things.

The subconscious is the kindly part of each one of us. It is designed to by nature to be the ruler of our lives and to control the entire event in them. Yet most of us still employ it as a servant. We make the mind the slave of our appetite and emotions.

The mind accepts this indignity with considerable reluctance. It registers subtle complaints but, with our customary lack of awareness, we fail to notice them and we completely fail to understand its more vigorous protest which often takes the form of illness and disaster. No wonder our attempts to use the power of the subconscious mind usually end in failure.

In my previous writing, I said I will be writing about how to meditate, but this topic I have talked about sub conscious mind and conscious mind. I felt it is important for one to understand the mechanical and spiritual function of the brain which divided in many parts and how it function in its own mysteries way.

Before we talked about meditation, it is vital to understand about the core of the brain and mind. Than, it s shall be beneficial to understand the effects of meditation to your brain and mind. One should be able to understand the different between brain and the mind which is totally related to each other. With out the brain the mind can’t exist. The mind never shall exist with out the chemical reaction from the brain.

Imagine the computer CPU with out the processor. It is similar to your body without brain, and how can the mind exist without the brain? The processor in CPU is the brain and the software is the mind. Once the soft is activated it creates result from the inner calculation.

This function is similar as our brain with all the knowledge we programmed since you are born. We picture from our eyes, we hear with our ears, we smell with our nose and the memories were to stay and played back when needed. This is what we called as conscious mind.

In another way, the subconscious mind worked since you were born and it does it by itself and doesn’t need to be install another soft to activate it. This sub conscious mind is the one which controlled our breathing, heart beat, production of our new cells to replace the old and dead cells, your blood flow and all the chemical reaction in the body was controlled by sub conscious mind.

These differences can be understood only when one can be able to talk to your inner self. Taking to your self only happens when on starts to meditate. Meditate starts when your sit in silent. Only in silent the meditation happens.

I can’t and no one can tell you how and meditation happens but it happens. No one can tell you how do the chocolate taste or how does a rose smell. Everyone knows it but no one can tell or explain it. If you want to feel the taste, than you have to taste it.

Try it and your will know it. Meditation does the same. You have to experience it by meditating.
