Leave It to Next Generation - Najib to M

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak took to his website today, the second time in 10 days, to refute allegations from his benefactor-turned-detractor Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, saying that most of the accusations against him were "unfair and misleading".
Insisting that he accepted the criticism with an "open mind", Najib told the former prime minister to back off, saying although elders of the nation should be respected, it was time that they let the next generation run the country.
"Malaysia is a democracy. I was elected by Umno, and by the people of this country, to lead them.
"Therefore, I have their mandate and I am answerable to the party and the people, not to any one individual," Najib said in his blog, najibrazak.com.
"At the next general election and party elections, the party and the rakyat can exercise their democratic rights through the ballot box.
"Furthermore, many of Tun’s criticism is unfair or misleading."
In a strongly worded posting to counter Dr Mahathir's allegations against him, Najib said the former prime minister should first investigate if what he heard from people around him were true before speaking about them.
"He knows well that many allegations were about what happened under his administration. And always Tun’s answer was: 'Where is the proof?' He should be applying the same test to what he hears."
Najib listed down several of Dr Mahathir's accusations that had been hurled at him and his administration, including the much-criticised goods and services tax (GST), his wife's (Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor) alleged purchase of a multi-million ringgit ring, the purchase of government jets and the 1Malaysia Development Berhad debacle.
On Dr Mahathir's opposition to the GST, Najib said that the idea of the consumption tax was first mooted during Dr Mahathir’s administration.
He said economists have agreed that the government should broaden its tax base, adding that the revenue from the GST would be used for the welfare of the people.
Najib also took a swipe at Dr Mahathir for echoing "malicious rumours" about his wife and family.
Dr Mahathir, he said, had regurgitated a false smear started by the opposition during the last general election that Rosmah had bought a ring for RM24 million.
That rumour, Najib said, was a lie, noting that the company that owned the ring had already clarified that Rosmah had never bought the ring.
"It is regrettable that someone of Tun’s stature should pass on such slander.”
On the purchase of a replacement government jet, Najib said that the Yang di-Pertuan Agong was the first to use the aircraft for a trip to Langkawi. Dr Mahathir had previously called Najib a liar, claiming that the Agong did not use the plane.
Najib also noted that Dr Mahathir had used 1MDB's "challenges" to attack him, saying that some of these accusations had no grounding in reality.
"It is true that 1MDB is facing challenges, but not at the level being alleged. For instance, Tun’s claim that I am responsible for a loss of RM42 billon on 1MDB’s balance sheet," Najib said.
"This appears to be a deliberate twisting of the facts as 1MDB has not made a loss of this amount. This is the amount of its total debt; debt that is far exceeded by the company’s assets of RM51 billion, as audited and confirmed by Deloitte. Most large companies around the world have high levels of debt, there is nothing unusual about this.”
Najib also refuted Dr Mahathir's claims that he was avoiding answering issues surrounding 1MDB. He, however, said today that he had gone "beyond that".
"I have gone beyond that – and instructed the auditor-general to conduct an audit of 1MDB, the results of which will be presented to the bipartisan Public Accounts Committee.
"This should ensure that the process is transparent, and all questions that have been asked of the company are independently answered by legitimate bodies rather than politically motivated sources."
An embattled Najib, who is facing the toughest time of his career, said the progress made in the last six years of his administration was being ignored over the "allegations and lies", which were started by the opposition.
"Much of what Tun has said lacks objectivity and is downright wrong. The question should be asked – what is Tun’s motivation in choosing this moment to regurgitate smears manufactured by the very opposition groups that he previously denounced as liars?"
Najib has been under fire from Dr Mahathir over various government policies. Dr Mahathir’s calls for Najib's resignation are testing Umno's cohesiveness, with some party leaders urging Najib to give clear answers to the allegations directed at him.
Najib said today that he had supported Dr Mahathir back then "through thick and thin", as he had believed the unity of Umno was a prerequisite for working together for the people.
"It is wrong for Tun and any party member to undermine today’s party leadership just because their personal wishes are not met. The interests of the people and the party are far more important than any one individual," Najib said.
"I was democratically elected by both the party and the people, and, as I have the mandate, will complete my term as party president and prime minister.
"My priority is to ensure that we achieve Vision 2020 and the economic, governmental and political transformation that will benefit all Malaysians." – May 27, 2015.

1MDB - Who go to Jail?

As Putrajaya plans to restructure Finance Ministry-owned firm 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) – which has racked up RM42 billion in debts to date – several Umno leaders have urged drastic action against those responsible for its woes.
Although the ministry is currently “compiling a report” on the restructuring and will submit it to the Cabinet this week, they said the responsible parties, including the board of directors, ought to be given an ultimatum.

It was unclear, however, if this included Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, who currently sits on 1MDB's advisory board.
"Looking at the current development of the issue, I believe drastic action should be taken before we talk about restructuring and investigations," said Kinabatangan MP Datuk Bung Moktar Radin.

lvbala said;

and, look who is talking. Ok lets be logic and put some commensence towards this issue. If this case is proven that the money actually gone missing, who shall be the one should take responsiblity towards missing money?

Who suppose to go to Jail? Who is suppose to face the charges?

AS we know the missing is in Andaman, cayman Islad and Singapore Swiss alike bank, but in actual fact, it is in someones pocket.

Who is the person should be answerable? PM? TPM? or some scape goat which Malaysian have seen in Altantunya Sharibu murder case.

ROHINGYA - BN & PAKATAN

Statement 1 - BN State
The Kedah state government wants the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) and the federal government to overcome the constraints faced by the state in facing a flood of Rohingya and Bangladeshi migrants.
Menteri Besar Mukhriz Mahathir said the state could not afford to accommodate them as there were too many of them compared to the facilities available.
Statement 2 - PAKATAN STATE
Umno MP Reezal Merican sang a different tune from party vice-president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi when he praised the Penang government for saying it will consider the proposal to build a refugee camp in the state.

Reezal said the fact that the state government is reviewing the proposal is enough to show its openness in trying to find a solution to the ongoing crisis, which may see Malaysia as temporary home to thousands of fleeing Rohingya people.

Above is the two different statement and stand made by BN ruling state leader and Pakatan ruling state leader.

In their statement, we can think and judge the kind of future leaders we are breading in this country. Its only recflect the immaturrity and heartlless humans future politician we are hoping to administrate us in near future.

Two different statement from two different leaders. One is a MUSLIM leader who is avoiding MUSLIMs and another one who offered to shelter ROHINGYANs is a non Muslim.

And so let it be the way it is, mostly this is what commonly happens in many country around the world. Muslim countries particularly from the middle east shall never accept Muslims to migrate from another muslim country or allow a non muslim to migrate, but the Muslims always fleed or migrate from their own MUSLIM country to non Muslim majority countries.

And the best part is, when they accepted to stay, they will demand the non muslim country to provide their MUSLM need. They will ask to have pork free restaurant, they will ask mosque to be built, they will demand everything that got to do with Muslims and ISLAM.

I never understood this concept of GOD's teaching that humans which we suppose to treated as a children of GOD but certain quarter believe that the non believers must be hated and shall be trown to hell.

It is not a crime but soon or later, they shall vanish their own believe and faith.

1MDB Investigate Najib - Tun M

Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has fired another salvo at embattled Datuk Seri Najib Razak, saying the prime minister had "lied" over the status of 1Malaysia Development Berhad's (1MDB) US$1.103 billion (RM3.6 billion) which was said to have been kept at the BSI Bank in Singapore.
In referring to Najib's parliamentary reply on the matter earlier this week, the former prime minister said any "cover up" or attempting to hide a mistake in government affairs was an offence under the law.
He said it comes under Section 218 of the Penal Code and felt that the police should investigate the matter.
"I am very sad that I cannot avoid from saying that the prime minister had lied. The first lie was that no cash from 1MDB was repatriated back.
"Secondly, there was no cash in BSI Bank in Singapore. It was clear from the latest reply that there was no cash totalling USD1.103 billion that was in BSI Bank but documents that were kept in it.

ROHINGYA - Humans

A lawyers' group has hit out at Home Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi for "playing politics" when he challenged the Penang government to prove its human rights credentials by sheltering the Rohingya and Bangladeshi migrants adrift at sea.

Lawyers For Liberty executive director Eric Paulsen said issues related to migrants and refugees came under the federal government and its agencies.
"Unless, Putrajaya and Zahid want to pass over their authority to the state government."The Star Online reported today that Zahid said the DAP-led state government should house the migrants, although several locations outside Penang had been identified as suitable temporary camps for them.

lvbala said;
I didnt want to continue read the article and comments on the statement made by Home Minister, as I feel this is an immature and ridiculous statemant. I feel sometimes politicians talks without using their brain to think infact they use other disfunctional areas to talk and and so their thinking sting.
I just don't wanna use my "F" word as I feel today is a beatiful morning and I am not going spoil my morning mood for the day.

ASEAN STAND ON ROHINGYAS - SHAME ON YOU.

  • Thailand: Its navy says that it has given aid to migrant boats in its waters, and it has indicated that it may be prepared to allow refugee camps on its shores. But it does not want permanent settlers, and few Rohingyas want to settle in the country even if the alternative is to remain on cramped boats.
  • Malaysia: This is the choice of destination for most Rohingya travellers, especially because it is predominantly Muslim and short of unskilled labourers. But Malaysia has made clear that it will not accept boatloads of migrants and has ordered its navy to repel them.

  • Bangladesh: For the last 20 years has been subjected to an influx of Rohingyas, sometimes allowing them to live in camps on its south-eastern border and sometimes sending them back to Myanmar. It is estimated that there are currently about 200,000 Rohingyas living in refugee camps, many in squalid conditions.
  • Indonesia: Like Malaysia is a Muslim country and like Malaysia has made clear that the Rohingyas are not welcome, with its navy turning away boatloads of migrants. A group of migrants who made it ashore in early May may be expelled, the government has warned.

I am proud to be a Malaysian. We have heart. We understand what means by suffer. We understand what it means being hungry. We understand human need shelter, we do understand what it mean by being immigrant.

Tun M - Government Jet

About 60 people, mostly members of right-wing groups, today greeted former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad as he returned from performing his umrah in Mecca, days after he further intensified his criticism of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak.
Members from Perkasa, Majlis Jalinan Muhibah Malaysia, Ikatan, and a small traders association Ikhlas, along with onlookers, welcomed Dr Mahathir as he arrived in a private jet at the Subang Skypark terminal this evening along with wife Tun Dr Siti Hasmah Mohamad Ali.
Perkasa president Datuk Ibrahim Ali were among the first to greet him.
He greeted the group, which had waited for his arrival for over an hour, before leaving.
While in Mecca, Dr Mahathir in a lengthy blog post reiterated his criticism of Najib's policies, after Najib himself criticised Dr Mahathir during a speech in Sabah.
In 2008, Dr Mahathir similarly returned from umrah before intensifying his attacks against then prime minister Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. – May 15, 2015

MACC - Illegal Sarawak Logging

The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) today froze 375 accounts of companies and individuals worth more than RM560 million and seized 500 logs following a raid on 27 sawmills and log ponds as well as 21 business premises in Sarawak.
MACC investigation division director Datuk Mohamad Jamidan Abdullah said the action was taken against the operators of timber and sawmill companies, suspected of being involved in corruption, illegal logging and deforestation and tax evasion.
He added that the raid was conducted simultaneously in 48 locations – Miri (13), Kuching (12), Sibu (12), Bintulu (6), Bakun (3) and Kapit (2), based on investigations from intelligence obtained by MACC and relevant agencies.
He added that the integrated operation involved at least 400 MACC officers and personnel, Sarawak state government, state Forest Department, state Inland Revenue Board and police.
He said the operation reflected the commitment of the government in the fight against corruption in the logging industry and curb rampant illegal logging activities in Sarawak besides protecting the state's natural heritage.
The illegal activities were also believed to have incurred billions of ringgit in losses for the government. – Bernama, May 12, 2015.

1MDB

Pada bulan November Najib menghantar sepucuk surat tuntutan terhadap dan menuntutnya meminta maaf dalam masa 14 hari menerusi dua akhbar nasional, atau menghadapi tindakan undang-undang berhubung video ucapan bertajuk “Tony Pua: Najib is creating the biggest scandal ever in the history of Malaysia”.
Berdasarkan transkrip, di antara perkara yang disebut Pua adalah: “Let me tell you, this is the problem with Barisan Nasional. No one dares to stand up to the prime minister, and Najib now is like a king. A king that is creating the biggest scandal ever in the history of Malaysia. Huge! No one dares to say a thing, nothing, not even a pin drop from any MCA or Gerakan leader or even Umno leaders".
– 13 Mei, 2015.

Race Base Politic In Malaysia

– 12 Mei, 2015.

Its an amazing stupidity fact by an intellectual personnel from Prime Minister's department.
But amazingly he things Malaysian still in stone age to agree on the race base politics in Malaysia. I guess if I am not mistaken, only in Malaysian this stupidity is still valid and the political moron's is in dilemma, thinking Malaysian can be bullshit at stone age.
This can be validated by his age which he use to practice race base politic in Malaysian. But to be remembered, at this point of time when Malaysians are interested for freedom, race base politic is the only way to sustained.
In recent survey and political interest, we found Malaysians are more keen in joining race baseless party. This has been proved.
This can be confirmed in the previous GE where the opposition raised the popular voted which is 52%.
Time changes and new generation is taking over with new way of thinking.
And so the politicians, please change your mind set of we shall change you.
