Mangkuk way of Thinking by Mufti.

Datuk Seri Najib Razak's advisers should be stricter in enforcing the rules set by Islam when the prime minister attends non-Muslim celebrations, the Perlis mufti said.
Datuk Mohd Asri Zainul Abidin said the prime minister's advisers should be firm with the event organisers to protect the sanctity of Islam.
"The prime minister's advisers should also inform the organisers not to present a garland to Najib or request that he wear Hindu attire when celebrating a religious festival," he told Malay-language daily Sinar Harian.
"They should be firm in this matter and inform the organisers of the Thaipusam celebration in Batu Caves that Najib will attend on the condition that he not take part in any Hindu ritual.
"This is what Islam forbids. Muslim leaders are not prohibited from attending other religious festivals, but there are rules and limits," he said.
He said Najib could attend the Thaipusam celebration in Batu Caves, as part of his duty as the prime minister, but should not participate in any religious ritual as it was against Islamic teachings.
"Najib can appear there dressed in a suit. There is no harm in that. What matters is that Najib attends the Hindu religious festivals because he is the Malaysian prime minister and he cares for all Malaysians," said Asri.
As an example, Asri said the Muslim police officers on duty in Batu Caves for the Thaipusam festival were not necessarily celebrating it.
"The police are protecting the public and ensuring the celebrations go on peacefully. They are not celebrating the festival, but only carrying out their duty of maintaining public peace and security."
He added that as the prime minister who cared for the interests of all race and religions, Najib should attend the religious celebrations of non-Muslim faiths.
Two years ago, Perak Mufti Tan Sri Harussani Zakaria claimed Najib had "sacrificed his faith" by attending the Thaipusam celebration, and said he advised the prime minister each year not to attend such events as it was an "idolatrous act".
But Harussani later back-pedalled on his criticism after Najib spoke to him personally, and said the prime minister had not flouted Islamic doctrine as he was not involved in a religious procession nor did he enter the cave where the main religious activities are conducted. – February 6, 2015

Mangkuk.... the attire doesn't reflect the religion of Hindu. It is only the indian cultural attire as the Malays wear baju melayu. Baju Melayu doesn't represent the attire of Islam. It is the cultural wear of the Malays not represent Islam. Hang ni mangkuk ka atau saja nak jadi mangkuk? How does you as a religious educated                              berfikiran mangkuk? Wearing garlan also does not represent Hindu religion la mangkuk. Kalau pergi Haiwaii pun orang di sambut dengan garlan la mangkuk, and it doesnt represent Hinduism.. Mangkuk mangkuk mangkuk.... I am farting because laughing at your mangkuk way of thinking.

Brothers In Arms

Jordanian fighter jets pounded Isis hideouts in Syria on Thursday and then roared over the hometown of a pilot killed by the militants, while below them King Abdullah consoled the victim's family.
An armed forces statement said tens of Jordanian fighter jets were deployed in the attacks, which destroyed ammunition depots and training camps run by the Isis. The attacks were "just the beginning", it said.
Witnesses overheard the monarch telling the pilot's father the planes were returning from the militant-held city of Raqqa. A security source told Reuters the strikes hit targets in the eastern province of Deir al-Zor and near Raqqa.
The show of force came two days after the ultra-hardline Isis released a video showing captured Jordanian pilot Mouath al-Kasaesbeh being burned alive in a cage as masked militants in camouflage uniforms looked on.
State television aired footage of fighter jets taking off to carry out the raids. Several men and women were shown writing Koranic verses and anti-Isis slogans on what appeared to be the bombs used in the attacks. It later broadcast the actual bombing, before the jets returned safely to Jordan.
US aircraft joined the mission to provide intelligence, surveillance as well as reconnaissance and targeting support, a US official told Reuters, speaking on condition of anonymity.
The official also said the strikes focused on multiple targets around Raqqa.
Military commanders briefed King Abdullah after the missions about the details of the strikes, state television said.
The monarch has vowed to avenge Kasaesbeh's killing and ordered commanders to prepare for a stepped-up military role in the US-led coalition against the group. But many Jordanians fear being dragged into a conflict that could trigger a backlash by hardline militants inside the kingdom.
Jordan is a major US ally in the fight against hardline Islamist groups, and hosted US troops during operations that led to the invasion of Iraq in 2003.
It is home to hundreds of US military trainers bolstering defences at the Syrian and Iraqi borders and is determined to keep the jihadists in Syria away from its frontiers.
State television showed a sombre king sitting alongside the army chief and senior officials visiting the Kasaesbeh tribal family in Aya, a village some 100km south of the capital Amman.
The king, wearing a traditional Arab head dress, was met by cheering crowds with cries of "Long Live his Majesty the King, Long Live the King" in traditional Bedouin chanting.
Thousands of Jordanians flocked to pay their respects. The region's influential tribes form an important pillar of support for the Hashemite monarchy and supply the army and security forces with their manpower.
"You are a wise monarch. These criminals violated the rules of war in Islam and they have no humanity. Even humanity disowns them," Safi Kasaesbeh, father of the pilot, told the king.
The Jordanian monarch has vowed that the pilot's death, which has stirred nationalist fervour across the country, will bring severe retaliation against Isis.
Hours after the release of the video showing the pilot burning to death, the authorities executed two al-Qaeda militants who had been on death row, including a woman who had tried to blow herself up in a suicide bombing and whose release had been demanded by Isis. – Reuters, February 6, 2015.
