PM's Hari Raya Open House - Hindraf's Misbehave

Its sad to hear the news, the talk and the comment from all angle. Every one is talking about PM's open house and how hindraf has mis-behave them self. Even my facebook friends are sad/mad about this group and started to comment negatively about this group who called them a true hindraf. I do felt the pain as I am an Indian too.

As a Malaysian I felt what ever happened, hindraf need to do post-mortem and need to look back where and what went wrong. But it’s not that hard either. It’s an issue of someone forgot being living in multiracial country and forgot that we are living in a colorful Malaysia. It's built from a beautiful verity of colors. Malaysia is like a rainbow of colors. We are the colors. Our culture, language, festivals, tradition are the colors that make us different from others around the world.

It’s been understood and agreed for what hindraf is fighting for. They have their voice to voice out but need to consider that we should not touch the sentiment of others as well. It’s a festival time. It's a celebtration time. Everyone is happy, celebrating and even there is a saying "Mereka Merayakan dan Kita Meraihkan". I don’t think so even in INDIA there is an open house as what we Malaysian practice or even in any other country in this world as well. Name me one.....

I just wrote a comment on Deputy Federal Minister's blog on how hindraf should be alert on the racial issue they are trying to fire up by visiting PM's open house.

Another issues that hindraf should look into is about the young kid who to be believed as a daugther of one of the hindraf detainee's. Its a shame to drag her into this political issues. She hardly understand what the hell is going around her and I am sure the fear shall haunt her for the entire life of growing life.

Learn to be Malaysian before being a Malaysian Indian. Respect others as well as you want them to respect you. Our culture is our treasure. Don't loose them.....
