MAS - MANA ADA SYSTEM

Malaysia Airlines staff will get termination packages according to the collective agreements (CA) and not a half-month's salary and an ex gratia payment as claimed by the airline's union, the national carrier said in a statement this evening.
Rebutting The Edge Financial Daily's report today quoting Malaysia Airlines System Employees Union (Maseu) secretary-general Abdul Malek Ariff, MAS said it was wrong and misleading to say that MAS workers leaving the airline were "short-changed".

When the going gets tough, the though gets going.... but what I am concern, does MAS really going though? When AA can make money and grow and expanding, why does MAS with the huge support and anchored by Malaysian government declare they are loosing money. In fact we are not just another moron to believe and buy all your crab story.

Malaysian proudly own, I would say every Malaysian would be proud to have MAS as our national carrier. WE would never wannted to see it goes down, but with mana ada system policy that most Malaysian are comfortable with, because as long as we can maitain, we maintain, but as long as the money has been dried out, we shall declare it as not making money.

Be Malaysian and Proud to be one....
