Religious Maggots

I know my tiny voice would never be heard. I understand my intention would never be appreciate. But I do believe my single vote can bring a huge different in electorate system which gave me the right as a citizen to voice my concern.

 Waking up early and reading the online news with my morning coffee, which was my favorite duty schedule of each day. In fact, today is my off day and I spent a little bit more time to go through each pages of news which stunt me for a moment.

With all the murder, rape, accidents and other news as well, I rather disappointed with racial issues which was saddening and shocking.

For living almost 40 overs years, I have gone through from scratch which was from the days I was introduces to struggle with mosquito in rubber plantation to information technology that brought the world so close to each other.

I do understand the fact that the world never change but people do. They are the one who bring the changes and they are the one who blame the world for the changes they have made.

What most disappointing was the news now a days which reflect humans with no value for mankind and no respect for believe and religion.

I merely disappointed the way we as Malaysian address religious issue especially by the politician.

In the most variation of days to be settled every day, one should be more concern and should be sensitive towards others believe and faith.

Those with out commonsense should know what they are up to when they comment on religious issue.

I would like to specifically mention my above statement which goes to all Malaysian politicians. 

Politician specially should use their sense when addressing the religion issue because its involve the sensitivity of many from different race and religion.

Sensitivity of others believes should be respected and given space for them to breath. But lately, we discover politician never had any room for respect to anyone.

To understand and further elaborate is not needed as you know we have understood the basic rights of humans to respect one and another.

We do know everything which we were thought in "Moral" teaching and before it was called "Tatabahasa" in schools.

The basic human characteristic is merely thought since our younger days by our parents and adds in school with the guidance of "Rotan" in teacher’s hand.

But what we see and hear now days from leaders, schools teachers, scholars and preachers is more humiliating and shame to our human civilization.

As we called our self-civilized, we actually are slipping behind from modern civilized era to barbaric stage. Are we? Or we have even gone worst to the stage of un classify in any human dictionary?

Nor GOD can help these maggots which they shall rotten in hell forever.

Malaysians In The Eye Of Malaysian

So as I said we Malaysia are one, not separated by race base from where you come from. Race actually comes from the language we speak. Not base by where you come from. If base on where you come from it should be "Keturunan" and not bangsa. 

I was traveling in Express train to airport weeks ago on my way to LCCT to catch my plane to KK. I was watching the advertisement in the LCD monitor in the train. The advertisement is about a song of one Malaysia and there were young singers from various races singing “satu bangsa satu negara”.

It was interesting to know this song writers have written such a wonderful lyric. But unfortunately in practical life it was totally irrelevant. The lyric of the song is wonderful but in actual practice, its sucks.

What they mean by “One bangsa One Negara”?

I believe year one student can explain this.

But in fact what actually was practice? Are we actually practicing “Satu Bangsa Satu Negara?”

Hope readers can understand what I am talking about.

We are totally not practicing what actual situation been mentioned.

I salute the vision and I salute the idea for some who have imagine how Malaysian should be which was visualized in the song, but in actual life in Malaysia, its merely can be considered a huge lie. Who should be stand responsible for this? Politician? Leaders?

Readers,

Political party stands on no ground and blinding the rakyat so they can stay in power and to gain autonomy.

To support and strengthen my view, let put all together in questions?

Why should we have political party representing race or shall I make it clear as why should be various  race base party?

It has been said, THE BRISTISH way of ruling was “split and rule”. No surprise the methods still been practiced by our leaders.

Leaders in political power initially were those who have west education back ground. From our first PM Tunku Abd Rahman to Tun Hussain onn. There were all west education bank ground.

So the British method were used to stay in power. “Split and rule”. Split the Rakyat and rule. If the rakyat realize this, in fact there are now (Only some), I am sure we Malaysian can be brought together under one umbrella and one party.

Many haven’t thought about what I am talking about and for sure many have opened the eyes now.

I am sure Pakatan with DAP / PAS and Keadilan are coming into policy. They are into multi-racial party and why not?

Lets put this into quest: 

Questions: Quest 1

If our MP from Malay party was elected, he shall represent all races. If a Malaysia Tamil was elected as MP, all races should be supporting him and it goes to Chinese leader as well.

So why still want to practice race base party? Why we should have political party that represent races. Isn’t that a Malaysian MP should voice for all Malaysian from all races?

Questions: Quest 2

Why we still have race column in all application form? From school up right to job application, bank documents, housing application and I can go on and on to never ending story.

Questions: Quest 3

If would go on, the “WHY” story shall never end. Why this and why that? But the most saddened part of the quest that need to be looked into is our education system and the allocations. Race base politics and AUKU 1970 (Akta  Universiti dan Kolej University) need to be challenged.

The day when Malaysians realize as per mention above, shall be the day we can be united and proudly announce to the world – “ 1 Malaysia”

YB Khalid For The Aid - You are the man.

The family of death-in-custody victim N Dhamendran needs more sustainable aid to carry on with their lives after the death of their sole breadwinner, Selangor Menteri Besar Abdul Khalid Ibrahim said today.

Khalid, who is also the Bandar Tun Razak MP, visited Dhamendran's family at their flat in Bandar Tun Razak today, but did not specify the kind of aid he or his party would extend to the family.

"I don't want to talk about specific aid, but it's clear that the children's education must be taken care of. Also the family is renting their home, so they need proper income to sustain themselves," Khalid said.

He said he paid the visit because Dhamendran's family lived in his constituency, and also to update himself with the latest developments in the case.

"What's clear is that justice must be served as soon as possible, not only to the victim, but also the family," he said.

Dhamendran's wife M Marry (right) said she might have to start working in order to sustain the family, but a problem was that her two-year-old child would not stay with any of the family's relatives.

"We need income. I have never worked before. My husband took care of everything, including the rental for the flat," Marry said.

Dhamendran died at the Kuala Lumpur police contingent headquarters on May 21, 10 days after being arrested over a shooting incident in Bandar Tun Razak.

His family said his ears had been stapled and the pathologist who performed the post-mortem declared blunt force trauma as the cause of death.

Three policemen have been arrested and charged with Dhamendran's murder, while the police said a fourth officer involved in his death has gone into hiding.

I was truly touched by my MB's move to go down and support this family regardless race and religion. So, what ever the cause and so what ever the lost it is, I am so proud to be a Selangorian and his move to spent his time to visit and worked all the way to aid the deseased family.

 

Pakatan have proven they walk the talk and going all out to undertake useless ruling government. This is the kind of leaders we are looking forward to lead us. He has proven and sent the message to all that we need to be a human before become a leader.

Death In Custody - P Karuna Nithi's autopsy report shows he had sustained 49 injuries.

Contrary to police claims of no foul play and no injuries on custodial death victim P Karuna Nithi's body, the victim's autopsy report shows he had sustained 49 injuries.

These are predominately bruises caused by a blunt object on the chest and limbs, according to the report prepared by Tuanku Jaafar hospital forensic consultant Dr Sharifah Safoorah Syed Alwee Al'Aidrus.

PKR public complaints bureau chief S Manikavasagam said the report contradicts what the police have initially claimed.

"The CPO of Negri Sembilan (Osman Salleh) had come up and said there is ‘no injury, no foul play, nothing. (They said) we have never beaten him up.'

"Before the post-mortem had been completed, he came up with a press statement saying that these are all rumours and told the public not to believe them.

"So today, it is very clear: 49 injuries. These are new injuries," said Manikavasagam when contacted today.

He said he accompanied Karuna's family to see Sharifah yesterday to receive a one-hour briefing regarding her findings and the report, a copy of which has been sent to Malaysiakini.

Karuna, an engineer, died on June 1 at the Tampin police district headquarters, a day before the family could raise money to post bail for him after he was charged on May 31 for "causing hurt".

‘Injuries did not cause death'

Despite the report of the injuries however, the autopsy report concluded the cause of death to be "fatty change of the liver", a condition commonly associated with alcoholism or obesity.

She added that the injuries did not involve the muscles or the skeleton, and on its own, could not have been a direct cause of death.

"Fatty change of the liver causes death through hypoglycaemia (abnormally low blood sugar content) and/or electrolyte imbalance, both of which cannot be proven in a post-mortem.

"This condition is possibly compounded by absence of partially digested food material in the gastric cavity," she wrote.

When asked to explain the findings, Manikavasagam (above) said the pathologist had speculated during the briefing that Karuna had not been eating while in detention and was too frail to survive any beating as a result.

Manikavasagam, who is also the former Kapar MP, said Karuna's family has lodged a police report at the Seremban police district headquarters today against CPO Osman over the latter's claims that there was no foul play in Karuna's death.

They will also raise the issue in a memorandum to the Bukit Aman police headquarters on Tuesday, and another to the Human Rights Commission (Suhakam) later next week.

Sugumar's family mulls suit

Meanwhile, in the case of another death in custody victim C Sugumar, lawyer Latheefa Koya said the family is mulling to sue the government and the police for causing suffering to them and Sugumar.

Sugumar was found dead on Jan 23, allegedly after being chased by the police, handcuffed, and beaten by them and a crowd who had joined in the chase.

However, Latheefa said they will wait for Serdang Hospital's autopsy report first before deciding on their next move.

They were previously told by Sugumar's pathologist that he had died of a heart attack, and requests for a second autopsy were unsuccessful.

Three Charged For Murder of N Dhamendran

Three police personnel were charged in a magistrate's court in Kuala Lumpur today with the murder of N Dhamendran while he was being held in their custody.However, no pleas were recorded from accused Jaffri Jaafar, 44, Mohd Nahar Abd Rahman, 45, and Mohd Haswadi Zamri Shaari, 32.
However, they acknowledged  the charge levelled against them in a courtroom packed with family members and relatives of Dhamendran (above, right), as well as reporters.

The three policemen were charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code with committing murder with joint intent, together with another who is still at large, by causing the death of Dharmendran Narayanasamy.

They are accused of committing the offence between 12.20pm and 2.50pm on May 21, 2013, at the Special Investigations Division (D9), Level 7 of the Kuala Lumpur police contingent headquarters.

The charge, which will be heard in the High Court, carries a mandatory death penalty upon conviction.

Magistrate Nur A'minatul Mardiah Md Nor set July 9 for mention and also for the submission of case documents, including the chemist’s and post-mortem reports.

Jaffri was represented by Hazman Ahmad, Mohd Nahar by Baljit Singh Sidhu while the third accused, Mohd Haswadi, was represented by Geethan Ram Vincent.

Lawyers N Surendran, Latheefa Koya, G Sivamalar and M Manogaran held a watching brief on behalf of the deceased’s family.

Multiple blunt force trauma

Earlier today, Attorney-General Abdul Gani Patail said in a statement that he had decided to “proffer a murder charge under Section 302 of the Penal Code against the police personnel involved”, based on evidence gathered through investigation.

“The police personnel concerned are to be indicted in court this afternoon.”According to Gani (left), the 31-year-old detainee was found dead in his cell while in police custody the at lock-up of the D9 branch of the Kuala Lumpur police contingent.

Dhamendran had been arrested on May 11 on suspicion of attempted murder involving firearms and had been held under remand from May 12 up to the time of his death.

Based on the post-mortem examination conducted at the Kuala Lumpur Hospital on May 22, the cause of death was determined to be "diffused soft tissue injuries due to multiple blunt force trauma".

"The AG's Chambers views this latest incident of a death of a detainee while in the custody of a law enforcement agency seriously, and is committed to dealing with any alleged wrongdoing leading to the death of Dhamendran in accordance with the law," Gani said.

"The AG's Chambers then directed the police to investigate the case and the dedicated task force established by the inspector-general of police completed its investigation and submitted the relevant investigation papers to the AG's Chambers on June 4.

"Although the events involved are regrettable, the swift action of the Royal Malaysian Police to address the death of Dhamendran is nonetheless commendable and reflects (its) commitment... to uphold the integrity of the institution of the Royal Malaysian Police."

Barking At Each Other

Lets bark at each other..... Wof wof wof...

I have a Rott Weiler now and i have owned dogs since I was young. My family never lived with out dogs. Dogs are such a great friend to human and in Indian community dogs always portrait as a thank full animal.

They will die for their master to protect and to safe guard. Not only the master but the master's family as well. This is what I have learned, that being loyal is the key for trust and prove for loyalty.

Seems now a days we have lots of dogs barking in our political arena. Ya, before I forget, the Tamils also says, barking dogs don't bite.

So, loyalty and barking dog don't bite goes well in our community. Some just bark, some just being loyal to their master for the ministers job offered, some just wait and shake their tail when the master is around, and go back to sleep when the master is not around.

Some dogs kill each other for female dogs and some fight to dead for food and territorial defeat.

But real dogs will stay alert and protect and fe guard the property when the master is not around. No doubt we human sometimes act like a dog when comes to certain issues.

We just bark, because we hear other dogs bark. We bark to attract attention. We bark to scare others. We bark for publicity.

So, go on barking and barking. No one is bothered to listen to barking anymore. Soon or later its all about barking and not bitting to protect. No more protection and no more safe guard.

Every one bark, everyone barking to show support, everyone barking when something new in sight, everyone bark to protect their rice bowl, everyone bark to show their existence. Every one bark for territorial  defeat.

So, lets bark..... Who lets the dog out... Wof wof wof.....
